HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Summit Umber Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
