HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Highbridge Meridian Inspection Services is an inspection company in Omaha with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
