HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Yarrow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Reno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 672 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
