HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Cedar Beacon Manufacturing Group is a Miami manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
