HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Ironwood Yarrow Legal Group is a Atlanta practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
