HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Corner Pharma develops and makes medicines in Grand Rapids, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
