HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Nest Staffing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 202 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
