HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Highbridge Ashton Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
