HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Rivermark Birch Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
