HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Timber Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Oklahoma City area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
