HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Ivory Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Houston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
