HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Greenridge Union Foods is a Phoenix food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
