HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone North Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
