HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Stonegate Ridge Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Madison. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
