HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Fernwood Oak Foods produces packaged foods at its Cincinnati plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 347 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
