HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Basin Civic Services Partners supports public agencies in Des Moines with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
