HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Las Vegas producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
