HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bright Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 1 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
