HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Stonegate Vista Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Virginia Beach area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
