HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Timber Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
