HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Timber Learning Group Partners runs classrooms and tutoring across the Louisville area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
