HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Ironwood Corner Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Memphis. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
