HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Silverline Quarry Energy Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
