HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Summit Ivory Foods is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
