HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Cedar Pine Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
