HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Northwind West Energy Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 255 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
