HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cross Legal Group Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
