HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
