HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Raleigh, NC)

Cedar Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Raleigh and nearby communities. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
