HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Meadow Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
