HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Drift Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
