HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Keystone Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
