HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Wren Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Raleigh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
