HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight Ashton Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Raleigh with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
