HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Raleigh, NC)

Amberfield Drift Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Raleigh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
