HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Stone Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Raleigh design routes and schedules, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
