HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Raleigh, NC)

Fernwood Birch Care Services supports families and individuals in Raleigh with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
