HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Maple Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Raleigh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
