HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Oak Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
