HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Providence, RI)

Rivermark Bridge Farms Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
