HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Providence, RI)

Rivermark Clear Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Providence. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
