HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Providence, RI)

Northwind Vista Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Providence. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Providence. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
