HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Providence, RI)

Bright Harbor Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Providence working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
