HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Providence, RI)

Highbridge Thistle Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Providence, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
