HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Providence, RI)

Westbrook Cedar Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Providence serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
