HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Providence, RI)

Harborlight Kestrel Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
