HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Portland, OR)

Clearpath River Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
