HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak Beacon Press is a printer and publisher in Portland serving local and national clients. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Portland. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
