HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Hollow Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
