HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Portland, OR)

Rivermark Wilder Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with premium billing.
